Why do I need the yogi?
The yogi indoor air and drinking water assessment kit will help you identify if a problem is present in your indoor environment at home,
work, and anywhere you spend time indoors. If you are already aware of a problem, it may be best to contact a local specialist to discuss remediation/mitigation and prevention options.

Do I need more than one?
What would you like to test? The yogi will assess the environment in which it is placed. Therefore, if you would like an overall screening of your home,
open all interior doors and closets so that air will flow throughout your home. One yogi will provide a screening of a 2,000 square foot area.
For larger homes, or to test a specific room, a second set of air sample traps is recommended and can be purchased here:

How do I need to prepare before yogi sample collection?
The yogi will take a screening of the environment in which it is placed. Therefore, if you would like an overall screening of your home, open all interior doors and
closets so that air will flow throughout your home. If you are concerned with just one area - a child's room, an area with new laminate flooring, etc.,
keep the area closed off for a screening of air quality in that area alone.
Radon sampling must be conducted in the lowest livable area of the indoor environment, and all doors and windows to this area must be closed twelve hours prior to sample collection.
How long will it take to collect the samples?
Samples for radon take forty-eight hours. All other samples take just minutes.
When and how will I receive my results?
Results will be emailed to the address you provide at checkout, and will also be available online if you create an account.
Results will be available within ten business days of the lab's receipt of your sample box.
I've misplaced my test results - can you please send me a new copy?

What is your return policy?
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, less a 15% re-stocking fee. Products that have been mailed to the lab are not returnable.

What are my shipping options?
Orders placed through the online store by 10 a.m. EST on non-holiday, business days will ship that day via the selected shipping method. Your sample box will include a pre-paid return shipping label.
All orders ship from New Hampshire.
Live Pure observes the Christmas and New Year holidays from December 25 through January 1.
